- 1 tin Chickpeas
- 0.6 cups Orange Juice
- 4 Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 1 cup Sugar or Honey
- 0.6 cups Cocoa Powder
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 2 teaspoons Bi Carbonate of Soda

Instructions
- Blend the chickpeas until smooth in a blender or food processor, and mix in all the rest of the ingredients until smooth and blended.
- Bake for 40-50 minutes.
Recipe Notes
- The mixture will be incredibly runny. - Use baking paper as a liner in the cake tin, otherwise the bottom will stick. - Can top with icing or simply sprinkle icing sugar on top.
