- 1 1/2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 Brown Onion finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt
- 300 grams Sour Cream
- 1 tablespoon White Wine Vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Chives freshly snipped

Instructions
- Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add onion and salt. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 10-12 minutes, or until light golden and caramelised. Set aside to cool.
- Once cool, place the onions, sour cream, vinegar and chives in a bowl, stir to combine and season to taste with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.
