- 500 grams Potatoes peeled, very finely sliced
- Salt and Pepper

Instructions
- Preheat oil in a large pan to 180c. Immediately fry the potato, in batches, adding slices one at a time to the oil, to ensure they are separated. Fry for 1minute or until golden and crisp. Remove from heat, then drain well on paper towl.
- Serve crisps warm or cold, sprinkled with salt and pepper.
