- 150 grams Sugar Snap Peas
- 150 grams Snow Peas halved lengthwise
- 1 Continental Cucumber peeled and diced
- 1 Roast Chicken
- 70 grams Caesar Salad Dressing
- 15 grams Mixed Seeds and Nut Blend

Instructions
- Combine the first three ingredients in a medium saucepan and bring to the boil. Allow to simmer for 3 minutes, then drain and cool under cold water.
- Toss in a large bowl with the diced cucumber. Remove the chicken meat from the bones and skin, and tear into bite-sized pieces. Add to the salad bowl along with the greens.
- Toss with the Caesar dressing and mixed seeds and nut blend, and serve immediately.
