Ingredients
- 6-8 Sausages or 12 thin sausages
- 1 Onion sliced thin
- 1 can Tomato Soup
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon Curry Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Mustard Powder
- 2 tablespoons Brown Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vinegar
- 3 Carrots chopped into large chunks (so they don't disintegrate)

Instructions
- Place sausages in slow cooker
- Combine all remaining ingredients
- Pour over sausages
- Cook on LOW for 6 hours
- Serve with Mash and vegetables.
