- 1 1/2 cups Plain Wholemeal Flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1 cup Greek Yoghurt

Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together to form a dough.
- Roll out to form a slightly thin rectangle.
- Add desired toppings. Roll up to form a scroll. Cut into segments.
- Bake in a hot oven until browned.
