- 1 1/2 cups Pancake Mix
- 1/2 teaspoon Apple Pie Spice
- 1 cup Water
- 1 cup Apples finely chopped

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the pancake mix and apple spice. Stir to mix. Add the water. Mix well to combine. Stir in the apples.
- Coat a large non stick skillet or griddle pan lightly with butter. Warm over medium heat.
- Scoop 1/4 cup measures of batter onto the skillet or griddle. Cook for about 2-3 minutes, or until bubbles appear on the tops of the pancakes.
- Flip with a spatula and cook for about 1-2 minutes, or until cooked through.
Recipe Notes
- Apple Pie Spice is a bottle seasoning comprised of groud cinamon and nutmeg, with additions that can include allspice, cloves or ginger. Can be replaced with ground cinnamon.
