Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine the pancake mix and apple spice. Stir to mix. Add the water. Mix well to combine. Stir in the apples.
  2. Coat a large non stick skillet or griddle pan lightly with butter. Warm over medium heat.
  3. Scoop 1/4 cup measures of batter onto the skillet or griddle. Cook for about 2-3 minutes, or until bubbles appear on the tops of the pancakes.
  4. Flip with a spatula and cook for about 1-2 minutes, or until cooked through.
Recipe Notes

- Apple Pie Spice is a bottle seasoning comprised of groud cinamon and nutmeg, with additions that can include allspice, cloves or ginger. Can be replaced with ground cinnamon.
