- 300 grams Shredded Vegetables Chinese Cabbage and Carrot
- 250 grams Bean Sprouts
- 100 grams Snow Pea Sprouts
- 24 Rice-Paper Wrappers dried
- Mint Sprigs
- Sweet Chilli Sauce to serve

Instructions
- Combine the cabbage, carrot and sprouts. Take the dried rice paper wrapped and, working with one at a time, soak them in hot water until they are softened.
- Place the wrapper onto a work surface and place some of the vegetables and some fresh mint sprigs into the corner. Fold over the base and roll up completely to secure.
- Repeat with remaining vegetables, wrappers and more mint leaves. Cover and chill until serving time.
Recipe Notes
Arrange on a platter and serve with sweet chilli and soy dipping sauces.
