- 2 cups Coconut shredded
- 1/2 cup Almonds
- 2 teaspoons Lemon Zest
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 2 tablespoons Honey
- 2 tablespoons Coconut Oil melted
- Coconut Extra for rolling

Instructions
- Blend all ingredients together.
- Check the consistency, if it is too dry then add a little more honey.
- Roll into balls then roll through the coconut.
- Eat right away or best to leave to set over night in the fridge.
