- ¼ cup Peanut Oil
- 800 grams Beef Sirloin Steak thinly sliced
- 1 Brown Onion thinly sliced
- 1 Yellow Capsicum thinly sliced
- 1 clove Garlic Clove crushed
- 2 stalks Lemongrass trimmed, thinly sliced
- 1 pinch Chilli Flakes
- 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
- Rice steamed, to serve

Instructions
- Heat wok over high heat. Add 1 tablespoon of oil and swirl to coat. Add half the beef. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove to a plate. Repeat with 1 tablespoon of oil and remaining beef.
- Add remaining oil, onion, capsicum, garlic, lemongrass and chilli to wok. Stir-fry for 3 to 4 minutes or until onion is soft. Return beef and any juices to wok. Add soy sauce and oyster sauce. Stir-fry for 2 minutes or until heated through. Serve with rice.
