  1. Heat wok over high heat. Add 1 tablespoon of oil and swirl to coat. Add half the beef. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove to a plate. Repeat with 1 tablespoon of oil and remaining beef.
  2. Add remaining oil, onion, capsicum, garlic, lemongrass and chilli to wok. Stir-fry for 3 to 4 minutes or until onion is soft. Return beef and any juices to wok. Add soy sauce and oyster sauce. Stir-fry for 2 minutes or until heated through. Serve with rice.
