Instructions
  1. Grate potato, carrot and zucchini into bowl.
  2. Add egg, salt and pepper mix well.
  3. Slowly add flour to bowl to create batter mixture.
  4. Heat 4 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat, use 1 heaped tablespoon of mixture per fritter.
  5. Cook 4 fritters for 3 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Repeat process.
