Instructions
  1. Cook 6 thick beef sausages in a non-stick frying pan until brown. Drain on absorbent paper.
  2. Slice thickly. Wipe pan clean.
  3. Cook 1 chopped brown onion, 250 g sliced mushrooms and 1 clove crushed garlic in same pan until tender.
  4. Add sausages, 1 cup Garden Vegetable Pasta Sauce and 1 cup beef stock. Bring to boil.
  5. Stir in 1/4 cup chopped parsley and 2 teaspoons chopped rosemary.
