Ingredients
- 6 Beef Sausages
- 1 Brown Onion chopped
- 250 grams Mushrooms sliced
- 1 clove Garlic Cloves crushed
- 1 cup Garden Vegetable Pasta Sauce
- 1 cup Beef Stock
- 1/4 cup Parsley chopped
- 2 teaspoons Rosemary chopped

Instructions
- Cook 6 thick beef sausages in a non-stick frying pan until brown. Drain on absorbent paper.
- Slice thickly. Wipe pan clean.
- Cook 1 chopped brown onion, 250 g sliced mushrooms and 1 clove crushed garlic in same pan until tender.
- Add sausages, 1 cup Garden Vegetable Pasta Sauce and 1 cup beef stock. Bring to boil.
- Stir in 1/4 cup chopped parsley and 2 teaspoons chopped rosemary.
