Ingredients
- 50 grams Hazelnuts
- 1/3 cup Yoghurt
- 1/2 Lemon Finely grated rind and juice
- Black Pepper Freshly ground , to taste
- 1 leaves Cos Lettuce outer removed, trimmed, washed and roughly chopped
- 1 Apples washed, quartered, cored, sliced

Instructions
- Heat pan and toast hazelnuts over low heat for 5-6 minutes, tossing occasionally.
- Remove, rub in a tea towel to remove the outer skin. Chop roughly.
- Combine yoghurt, lemon juice, rind and pepper. Add to combined cos lettuce, apple and hazelnuts. Toss gently to coat.
