- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- ¼ cup Oregano Leaves
- 1 cup Yoghurt
- 2 cloves Garlic Cloves crushed
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice

Instructions
- Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the oregano and cook for 1-2 minutes or until crisp.
- Drain on absorbent paper.
- Place the yoghurt, garlic and lemon juice in a food processor and blend until smooth.
- Top with the oregano leaves to serve.
