1. Fill a mug 1/3 full will cold water.
2. Crack an egg carefully into the water being careful into the water being careful not to break the yolk.
3. Microwave on high for 1 minute.
4. Remove from the microwave and let it sit in the water for 20 seconds so the egg continues to set.
5. Lift your egg out of the water with a spoon. If you want it cooked more pop it back in the microwave for another 10 seconds.
6. Pop it on a piece of toast and enjoy.

Notes

– For anyone making the microwave poached eggs your cooking time will vary depending on your microwave voltage. Cook them for the minute and then in 10 second intervals if you need more time. If you have a high voltage microwave start with 30 seconds.
