Ingredients
- 2 sheets Puff Pastry
- 1 punnet Strawberries tops removed and cut in half
- 1 tablespoon Strawberry Jam
- 1 tablespoon Butter melted
- pinch Sugar

Instructions
- Cut pastry sheets into six.
- Spread a small amount of jam on the middle of each square. Place a strawberry half in the middle of each.
- On half of the pastry sheets, cut a heart shape out of the middles and then put one on each of the tarts.
- Brush with a little butter and sprinkle with a little sugar and press all sides down with a fork.
- Bake until pastry is golden.
- Serve with cream.
