Todays creations were Chocolate Royals and Fruit Bites.

Starting with the Chocolate Royals, recipe from the Tupperware Chocolate recipe book.

Start by melting 100g Milk Chocolate (you can use any type of chocolate). Then pour evenly into dome forms and using a brush, brush around the forms to coat the entire dome surfaces.

Then, in a jug, place 140g of marshmallows and 1 tablespoon of water and microwave for 40 seconds and mix until a syrup. Pour into the dome forms.

Spread jam (any jam, i used strawberry) onto round Marie biscuits and then place on top of the marshmallow.

Place into fridge or freezer to allow to set.

Peel out of the domes and serve.

This recipe made 6 domes.

The next recipe creation was Mini Fruit Bites.

Using a Termomix Recipe but using a hand held food processor these worked great.

Pineapple Bites.

Using 60g of dried pineapple pieces, 10g of coconut and 1 teaspoon water, blend until combined and soft.

Roll into small chunks and coat with coconut.

Apricot Bites

Using 60g of dried apricots, 1 teaspoon honey and 10g coconut, blend until combined and soft.

Roll into small chunks and coat with coconut.

Cranberry Bites

Using 60g dried cranberries,

blend until combined and sof pitted dates, 1 teaspoon honey and 10g coconut.

Roll into small chunks and coat with coconut.

For the pineapple bites i made 5 times the recipe but for the other 2 i only doubled the ingredients.

Place into the fridge and they keep for approx 7 days.

They tasted amazing, better than the store brought ones, and i know what is in them.
