Haven’t cooked too much lately, have been quite busy with work and Tupperware.

Tupperware is going fine, slow, but it’s new and we all know how new things take time. Love it though, lots of fun and i get to make food as a demonstration.

Last week was Mars Bar Slice and Sorbet Cocktails and today Sorbet Cocktails again.

For the Mars Bar Slice i use 200g of the fun size Mars Bars and 90g Butter in the Tupperware microwave jug. I cook this for about 1 minute. Stir until smooth.

Once smooth i then add the Rice Bubbles and stir until Rice Bubbles are covered. This is then pressed into the Tupperware slice form.

Next, melt the chocolate in the jug until smooth, another 30-60 seconds depending on your microwave. Once smooth, pour over the slice and spread to cover.

The slice is then placed into the fridge or freezer, depending on how fast you want to eat it.

Once set, slice and enjoy.

For the Sorbet Cocktails. I combine 1/2 tub Weiss Sorbet, any flavour works, and 1/2 bottle of Moscato, Champagne or Lemonade.

This is then mixed up in the Tupperware Turbochef until combined.

Serve straight away. Delish!

Ok enough of the Tupperware Demo cooking. What else have i made.

Easter Sunday, we had Mum and Dad over for dinner. We chucked the webber on.

So what did we cook?

We put on a small pork roast just with a little oil and salt and pepper, and two chickens,

One with just had normal with oil, salt and pepper and the other i mixed up some Cajun herbs and oil and rubbed this over the skin of the chicken. These we have allowed to cook for about two hours or so.

Next, i have wrapped four large potatoes in foil for bake potatoes.

Lastly for the mains i have cut up carrots and pumpkin and put these in foil with olive oil and some vegetable herbs and garlic. These have both been cooked in the webber for about an hour with the meat. Yummy dinner.

For dessert i have made Peach Ripple Cake.

This time when making this cake, instead of making it in one an and it over flowing like last time i have made it in two pans.

I have spooned two ladle scoops of the cake batter into the bottom of each of the pans. I have then placed the peaches over the batter and then topped with custard.

I have then spooned the last of the batter onto the tops of these pans.

Then topped these cakes with silvered almonds and baked these for 1 hour.

Wednesday night was a quick Sausage Casserole.

Using 8 sausages, 6 rashes bacon, 1/2 cup sliced onion, 1 diced carrot, 1/2 cup peas, 1/2 cup corn, 50g tomato paste, 1 packet tomato cup a soup and 2 cups water.

I have placed all of these ingredients into a casserole dish and cooked in the oven at 10 degrees C with fan for 30-40 minutes.

This was served with bread.

Next was Friday, which was Shell Pasta with Chorizo & Broccoli.

So for this i have sliced up chorizo, red onion and browned in a pan, i have then added 5 teaspoons crushed garlic and 1/2 teaspoon of chilli.

Once the pasta was cooked i have added the broccoli for a minute and then added the pasta and broccoli into the pan with the chorizo and onion mix.

I have then added 2 tablespoons dried parsley and a handful of baby spinach and mixted until combined. I have seasoned with salt and pepper.

I have served this with garlic bread. Yum!
