Ingredients
- 250 grams Pasta Shells
- 1 Chorizo Sausage sliced
- ½ head Broccoli florets removed, sliced
- 1 Red Chilli sliced
- 10 Garlic Cloves peeled and crushed
- ½ Red Onion sliced
- 1 bunch Parsley roughly chopped
- 2 cups Rocket roughly chopped
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 Lemon Salt to taste
- Black Pepper to taste

Instructions
- Cook pasta as per pack instructions.
- One minute before pasta is cooked, add the broccoli florets to the boiling pasta water.
- Drain and set aside.
- In a pan over a medium heat, add olive oil, onion and chorizo.
- Cook for one minute until onion begins to become translucent.
- Add garlic and chilli. Season to taste.
- Cook for a further five minutes or until chorizo is nicely browned.
- Stir through parsley and rocket and add the lemon zest.
- Remove from heat, stir through pasta.
- Serve with shaved parmesan on top.
