For dinner tonight i have made Chunky Pork and Cider Pies.

I had some cider to use up as it was quite strong and i could not drink it.

So to make i have used 450g of diced pork, 1/2 cup diced onion, 1 teaspoon of garlic, 2 potatoes, diced, 375mls of cider, 4 tablespoons of gravy powder and puff pastry.

I have cooked this mixture and then placed into four ramekins and then topped with puff pastry cut into four circles and then brushed with beaten egg.

I have then placed these into the oven for 20 minutes and then served these for steamed vegetables.
