Ingredients
- 500 grams Pork Leg Steak diced
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 clove Garlic Cloves crushed
- 1 Onion finely chopped
- 2 Potatoes peeled and diced
- 375 ml Apple Cider
- 4 tablespoons Gravy Powder
- 2 sheets Puff Pastry
- 1 Egg beaten

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 190c.
- Heat oil in saucepan, medium heat for 2 minutes. Brown pork, garlic and onions for 4-5 minutes.
- Add potatoes and cider, mix well. Reduce heat, simmer for 20 minutes.
- Blend gravy powder with a little water, mix until smooth. Pour into saucepan and mix well. Bring to the boil stirring until thickened.
- Remove from heat, cool slightly.
- Place mixture into 4 x 1 cup ramekins and top with a circle of puff pastry. Decorate as desired. Brush with a little egg, pierce a hole in pastry and place in oven.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until pastry is golden.
