A little late but better late than never.

We had a dinner party on Friday night three of the dishes i made were two types of Bruschetta and dessert.

First one was a Traditional Tomato Bruschetta.

I have grilled the bread on one side and then once toasted i have turned them over and spread a little butter and garlic over them. I have then grilled them again until the other half has toasted slightly. I have then topped them with the tomato and basil and served.

Next was an Apple and Prosciutto Bruschetta.

I have grilled the bread on one side and then once toasted i have turned them over and brushed each bread with some of the feta juice and spread them with garlic. I have them put them back under the griller to toast. I have then topped each with a slice of prosciutto, crumbled feta and slices of apple and served.

Lastly was my dessert, Chocolate Mousse.

The mousse i was actually very nervous about, It was the first time i had made this from scratch. I followed the directions and ingredients very carefully and then put them into teacups to set overnight. On serving them i have topped with strawberries and served.

All three tasted perfect.
