Now i did not have any time yesterday to talk about breakfast. I decided to make Pumpkin Scones with Chive Butter.

Combining self-raising flour, nutmeg, caster sugar, sour cream, butternut pumpkin, water and butter. Kneaded the dough and then cut into 14 pieces and baked for 10 minutes. Whilst cooking i combined butter and chives to make the chive butter. Nice and easy.

As soon as they were ready i have enjoyed whilst still warm.

Dinner tonight was a struggle. Was not sure what to make or what i felt like.

So i looked in the freezer and found some Kranskys, perfect.

I’ll make Stuffed Kranskys.

I have boiled the kranskys, i have used cheese kranskys and only cooked four up. I have then stuffed them with stuffing mixture whish i used one cup of breadcrumbs, zest of one small lemon, chopped parsley, barabecue sauce and quarter of a green capsicum. I have then wrapped each in smoked ham and browned them in a pan.

Served with a salad and enjoyed. They were amazing.
