Ingredients
- 6 Kranksy Sausages
- 100 grams Leg Ham shaved
- 3 Onions cut into wedges

- 1 1/2 cups Seasoned Stuffing Mix
- 1 teaspoon Lemon Rind finely grated
- 1/4 cup Barbecue Sauce
- 1/4 cup Parsley chopped
- 1/2 cup Marinated Capsicum Strips chopped

Instructions
- Place sausages in a large saucepan. Add enough cold water to cover. Bring slowly to boil. Simmer, uncovered, for about 10 minutes, or until sausages are cooked through. Drain and cool for 5 minutes.
- To make stuffing, combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Mix well.
- Cut a slit down the length of each sausage to open out, not cutting all the way through. Divide stuffing mixture among sausages. Place two ham slices, slightly overlapping, on chopping board. Place sausage in the centre and roll up to enclose filling. Repeat with remaining ham and sausages.
- Cook stuffed sausages and onion wedges on a heated, oiled barbecue for about 5 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned all over and heated through.
- Serve sausages with onions, salad, bread rolls and mustard.
