- 1 container Stock (Chicken, Vegetable, Beef)
- Herbs Fresh Ginger, Garlic, Turmeric, Coriander Roots, etc
- Rice or Pasta
- Chicken Breast Fillet or Beef
- Root Vegetables Pumpkin, Carrot, etc
- Vegetables Spinach, Snow Peas, Zucchini

Instructions
- In a large saucepan/ pot, put chicken stock on the stove top and bring to the boil.
- Add flavourings as desired.
- When stock is boiling, add rice or pasta, meat and root vegetables.
- When almost cooked, add other vegetables that take a small amount of time to cook.
- Serve.
