Instructions
- Separate egg yolks from the egg whites. Whisk egg whites until stiff peaks.
- In another bowl add yolks and yoghurt and combine. Then fold in the egg whites. Add pinch of salt.
- On a baking tray form 5 rounds and bake for 15mins at 250 degrees C
- Serve with any type of filling.
