- 400 grams Light Coconut Cream
- 1 Banana
- 2 cups Strawberries hulled
- 2 tablespoons Greek Yoghurt
- 2 tablespoons Honey

Instructions
- Blend all the ingredients together and then freeze in a little ice cube trays. By putting them in icecubes it is less difficult to break down post freeze.
- After a minimum of 2 hours, place the ice cubes back into the blender and blend until at desired consistency.
- Serve in a bowl sprinkled with fresh strawberries and a spring of mint.
