- 4 sheets Puff Pastry partially thawed
- 400 grams Pie Apples chopped
- 1/4 cup Caster Sugar
- 100 grams Quince Paste
- 1/4 cup Walnuts chopped , lightly toasted

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200 C. Line 2 baking trays with baking paper. Using a plate as a guide, cut two 14 cm rounds from each pastry sheet.
- Combine apple and sugar in a bowl and stir to combine. Divide apple mixture, placing it on one side of each pastry round, leaving a 1 cm border. Divide quince paste between each and top with walnuts. Fold pastry over filling to enclose. Using a fork, press edge to seal.
- Place turnovers on trays and bake 20 min, or until pastry is puffed and golden. Transfer to a wire rack. Stand 5 min. Serve warm with whipped cream.
