Ingredients
- 2 Zucchini grated
- 1 Onion finely chopped or grated
- 4 Rashers Bacon chopped
- 1 cup Cheese finely grated
- 5 Eggs
- 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
- 1 cup Self Raising Flour
- 2 Carrots grated
- 425 grams Corn Kernels drained

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to a moderate 180c. Lightly grease and line a 20 x 30cm lamington pan.
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and stir to combine. Spoon into the prepared pan and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake in preheated oven for 35-40 minutes or until golden. Allow to cool slightly, then cut into squares and serve warm with mixed salad and relish.
