- 6 Beef Minute Steaks
- Spring Onion & Chives Cream Cheese
- Bacon
- Spinach
- Potato
- 600 ml Cream
- 1 packet French Onion Soup
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Cloves
- Salt and Pepper
- Cheese grated

Instructions
- Lay a piece or bacon on a board, top with steak, cream cheese and spinach. Roll up and secure with a toothpick.
- In a slow cooker, add the potato ingredients to the bowl, leaving out the cheese. Cook on low for 4-5 hours.
- After 2 hours, Sprinkle the cheese over the potatoes. Add steak roll ups on top of the potatoes, on top of foil.
- Cook again for remainder of time, checking after 1 1/2 hours.
