Ingredients
- 150 grams Beef cubed
- 1 Onion diced
- 4 cloves Garlic Cloves crushed
- 1 Carrot diced
- 1 Stalk Celery diced
- 1 can Tomatoes Diced
- 1 litre Beef Stock
- 1 litre Chicken Stock
- 1 tablespoon Chilli Paste
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 packet Soup Pasta
- Salt and Pepper

Instructions
- Brown beef in large oiled pot, remove.
- Add garlic to pot. Add vegetables and a little more oil. Add tomatoes, stocks, chilli paste and worcestershire sauce.
- Add beef and season with salt and pepper.
- Add pasta. Cook until beef is tender.
- Serve with a dollop of cream or sour cream and sprinkle of parsley.
