Ingredients
- 500 grams Beef Mince
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Cloves minced
- 4 Spring Onions finely chopped
- 10 Capers
- 1 Carrot finely grated
- 1 Zucchini finely grated
- 1 Egg
- ½ cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Soy Sauce
- 4 sheets Puff Pastry
- 1 Egg for egg wash

- In a bowl, massage and combine the beef mince, garlic, spring onions, capers, carrot, zucchini, egg, breadcrumbs, Worcester sauce and soy sauce.
- Cut each puff pastry sheet in half and then each half into 3 pieces (i.e.; 6 rectangles).
- Place 2 tbsp of the beef mixture onto each rectangle and brush pastry with egg wash and fold upwards to cover most of the mince.
- Line an oven tray with baking paper. Place the gallosh, (mince side down) onto the lined tray.
- Brush over with egg wash and bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for 15 minutes
