Ingredients
- 4 slices Beef Minute Steaks
- 1 bag Baby Spinach Leaves
- 1/2 packet Danish Feta cut into 1 cm blocks
- 2 Potatoes sliced
- 1 cup Green Beans
- 250 grams Mushrooms sliced
- 1 can Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 2 tablespoons Hoi Sin Sauce
- 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce

Instructions
- Wrap spinach and feta with a slice of minute steak, repeat process with all steak. Secure with a toothpick or two.
- Place the sliced potatoes into the bowl of a slow cooker, place the steak wraps on top. Add the beans and mushrooms.
- Combine the soup and sauces and then pour over everything in the slow cooker. Cook on high for 4 hours

Also great with the steak wrapped in bacon.
