Ingredients
- 440 grams Pineapple pieces
- 1 Lebanese Cucumber chopped
- 500 grams Beef Round Steak or Rump Steak
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 2 tablespoons Hoisin Sauce
- 1 clove Garlic Cloves crushed
- 1 cup Peanut Satay Sauce

Instructions
- Combine pineapple and cucumber and chill in the fridge until required. Trim the excess fat from the steak and slice into thin strips about 10cm long. Thread onto 12 bamboo skewers that have been well-soaked in water. Combine the sauces and garlic and pour over skewers. Turn to coat.
- Preheat grill or barbecue to high heat and cook skewers on each side until browned to your liking, about 3-4 minutes.
- Warm the peanut satay sauce in a saucepan over a low heat. Serve the skewers hot and drizzled with the peanut sauce.
- Accompany with cooked long-grain rice and salsa or salad.
