Ingredients
- 750 grams Broccoli
- 1 Brown Onion finely chopped
- 500 grams Chicken Mince
- 500 grams Tomato Passatta Sauce
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 500 grams Potatoes peeled, coarsely chopped
- 1/2 cup Tasty Cheese grated
- Fresh Herbs to garnish

- Cut broccoli into florets, Trim stem and cut into slices. Boil, steam or microwave broccoli and stem until just tender. Drain well.
- Spray a large, heated non-stick fry pan with cooking oil. Add onion. Cook, stirring until soft. Add mince. Cook, stirring occasionally, until lightly browned.
- Stir in pasta sauce and bring to the boil. Simmer, uncovered, for 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in half the broccoli. Divide mixture among 4 oven-proof dishes (1 1/2 cup capacity).
- Boil potatoes until tender. Drain well. Place potatoes in a bowl with cheese and remaining cooked broccoli. Mash until combined. Season with salt and pepper. Spoon mixture over top of mince. Place dishes onto an oven tray.
- Cook in a hot (200 degree C) for about 15 to 20 minutes or until heated through.
- Serve pies garnished with fresh herbs of your choosing.
