Heat your vegetable oil to 350 degrees. While the oil is heating, stack your corn tortillas on top of each other and slice into sixths. Once the oil is ready, fry the chips for 1-2 minutes or until golden and crispy. Carefully remove the chips from the oil and drain on paper towels.
In a small bowl, mix together dill, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, parsley, and salt. In a large metal bowl, toss the chips together in the spice mixture.
In a separate bowl, mix together the ranch dressing and buffalo sauce. Pour the buffalo ranch sauce into the chicken and stir until combined.
On a parchment lined baking sheet, pour out an even layer of chips. Layer cheese, buffalo chicken, red onion, and cilantro. Continue layering the nachos until you have used up all of the ingredients. Bake the nachos at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
Once the nachos are baked, top with the tomatoes, scallions, and a drizzle of ranch dressing.
