- 300 grams Camembert or Double Brie, chopped roughly
- 300 grams Cooking Cream
- 2 Chicken Breast Fillet cut up into pieces
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Cornflour
- 2 teaspoons Garlic Cloves minced

Instructions
- Mix the cornflour and a little of the cream together until smooth.
- Place all ingredients into the slow cooker and stir to combine.
- Cook for 4 hours on low, stirring every half hour or so.
Recipe Notes
Can use 4 chicken breasts to make more servings.
You can also leave the breasts whole and once cooked shred the chicken up.
You can add bacon, broccoli, flaked almonds, fresh herbs, chilli, garlic, mushrooms, chives, corn, spring onions, fresh spinach, avocado, etc.
