- 2 cups Self Raising Flour
- 150 grams Cheese Spread
- 20 grams Parsley chopped finely
- 1 cup Milk
- 150 grams Ham Smoked sliced

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 190 degrees C fan forced.
- Place flour and 1 tablespoon cheese in bowl. Using fingertips, rub cheese into flour until crumbly. Add parsley. Gradually add enough milk to form soft dough. Knead gently until smooth.
- Roll dough to 20 x 30cm. With longest side facing you, spread remaining cheese over dough, leaving a 3 cm strip along one long edge. Top with ham. Brush 3cm strip with extra milk. Roll firmly to form a log and cut into 8cm slices. Place slices cut side up, close together, on lined tray.
- Brush lightly with milk. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden and cooked through. Serve with chutney and salad.
