- 2 tablespoons Plain Flour
- Sprinkle Paprika
- Salt and Pepper
- 2 tablespoons Tarragon Leaves
- Chicken Breast Fillet or Thigh Fillets

Instructions
- In a bag, combine flour, paprika, salt and pepper and tarragon leaves. Dust chicken in the mix.
- Brown the chicken in a little oil in a hot fry-pan. When the chicken is cooked, take out and then place pineapple rings in to brown. Set aside.
- Place chicken in a baking dish with a clove of garlic and cook in a moderate oven 180c for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
- Serve hot with steamed potatoes.
