- 2 cups Aioli
- 1 cup White Vinegar
- 1/2 cup Apple Juice
- 2 teaspoons Horseradish prepared
- 2 teaspoons Black Pepper cracked
- 2 teaspoons Lemon Juice
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper

Instructions
- Spatchcock a whole chicken and place on your barbecue grill, away from the heat source.
- Using a smoker box, smoke the chicken at 110 degrees C to achieve 75 degrees C or to taste.
- To make the sauce combine all ingredients and blend well.
- Use as a marinade, baste or as a dipping sauce. Store in an airtight container.
- Smother the chicken in the white barbecue sauce and serve with your favourite side dishes such as pickles, coleslaw, potato salad or broccoli salad.
