- 3/4 cup Plain Flour
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Cocoa Powder
- 3 tablespoons Canola Oil
- 1/2 cup Coffee Strong, or water, cold
- 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1/2 cup Icing Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon Bi Carbonate of Soda
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 tablespoon White Vinegar
- 16 Hershey's Kisses Chocolate

- Place flour, sugar, cocoa powder, bi carbonate of soda, salt and cinnamon in the base of an extra chef. Cobine ingredients. Add the canola oil, coffee, vinegar and vanilla. Blend until batter is smooth. As needed, use a spatula to scrape the sides of the base to ensure complete mixing.
- Fill water tray with 1 1/4 cups. Place steamer base over water tray.
- Divide cake batter evenly between 8 steamer ramekins. Place 1-2 chocolates into each ramekin to completely submerge in batter.
- Place ramekins in steamer base, cover and microwave on high power for 9-10 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted near the centre of the ramekin comes out clean.
- Garnish with fresh berries, grated chocolate and whipped topping if desired.
