- 15 grams Garlic Cloves peeled and crushed
- 40 grams French Onion Soup Mix
- 750 grams Beef diced , gravy beef is best
- 1 can Cola
- 2 tablespoons Tomato Paste

Instructions
- Place crushed garlic and french onion soup in the bottom of the slow cooker. Add the beef and stir to coat the meat in the soup and garlic. Add the can coke and cook on high for about 4 hours.
- Turn the heat to low and add the tomato paste to help thicken the sauce.
- Cook for about 2 hours on high and about 3 hours on low or until the meat starts to fall apart. You can thicken the sauce further with a tablespoon of cornflour mixed with a little water if needed.
- Best served with mash potato and steam vegies or crusty bread and rice.
