- 1 can Light Coconut Cream
- 1 can Tomatoes chopped
- 4 tablespoons Peanut Butter 2 at the start and 2 at the end
- 1 Chicken Breast Fillet
- Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions
- Crush garlic, cut chicken into even size cubes.
- Put everything into the slow cooker, stir.
- Cook on high for 2 1/2 hours or low for 4 1/2 hours.
- In the last 30 minutes add the extra peanut butter and leave the lid off.
- Stir once or twice.
- Serve with rice.
