Instructions
- Preheat the oven/air-fryer to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with baking paper, lightly spray with cooking spray.

Prep the Chicken
- In a bowl, combine the ground chicken breast, salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, and smoked paprika. Mix thoroughly until well combined.

Prep the Coating

Form the Patties

- Drop the egg washed ball on the coating plate and roll it around until coated. Press into the shape of a patty and ensure it is fully coated. Shake off excess flour and place on the baking sheet.
- Lightly spray with olive oil cooking spray before baking.
Bake
- Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Bake 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through and respraying, until golden brown and cooked through.
- Air-Fry: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Air fry for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F/74°C). Flip and respray halfway through cooking.

- Assemble bottom up: bun, patty, lettuce, mayo, lid
