- 500 grams Chicken Thigh Fillets diced
- 110 gram French Onion Cream Cheese
- 200 mls Cooking Cream
- 60 grams Baby Spinach Leaves

Instructions
- Brown/ sear chicken well in pan. Add to slow cooker bowl.
- Add cream cheese and stir for 2-3 minutes as it melts to coat the chicken. Add cooking cream and stir.
- Cover and use a tea towel under the slow cooker lid to catch condensation.
- Cook on HIGH for 1hr 15minutes. Add spinach and stir through until wilted.
