- 1/2 Pineapple cut into bite sized pieces
- 1 cm Spanish Onion diced into large 2cubes and layers separated
- 1 inch Continental Cucumber halved lengthways and then sliced into onepieces
- 1 Capsicum cut into squares
- Satay Sauce

- Skewer the pineapple, onion, cucumber and capsicum alternating all the way down.
- Serve fresh and eat with satay sauce.
