- 3 cups Self Raising Flour
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 80 grams Butter chilled, diced
- ½ cup Fresh Herbs chopped
- ½ cup Tasty Cheese grated
- 1 cup Buttermilk

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200c. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Place flour, salt and butter into a food processor. Pulse until mixture resembles fine breadcrumbs. Transfer to a large bowl.
- Add herbs and cheese and stir until well combined. Add buttermilk and using a flat edged knife lightly mix until mixture starts to come together. Turn dough onto a lightly floured board. Knead lightly. Shape into a 20cm round, 3cm thick. Place onto prepared baking tray.
- Using a sharp knife, score top of damper into 12 wedges. Dust lightly with a little flour. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden and sounds hollow when tapped on the base.
