Mint Chocolate Pudding Balls

Ingredients
- 2 packets Mint Slice Biscuits smashed or vitamised
- 250 grams Cream Cheese softened
- Chocolate

Instructions
- Mix together biscuits and cream cheese and then roll into balls.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Melt chocolate buttons and coat each ball with chocolate.
- Use red M&Ms and mint leaves cut up for the top and add while chocolate is still wet.
