Ingredients
- 250 grams Cauliflower
- 3 Carrots cut into strips
- 20 grams Broccoli
- 1/4 Cabbage cut into 5cm pieces
- 2 Roma Tomato
- 100 grams Crunchy Noodles
Sesame and Ginger Dressing
- 2 teaspoons Sesame Oil
- 1/4 cup Peanut Oil
- 1/4 cup Lemon Juice
- 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Green Ginger Wine
- 2 teaspoons Ginger grated fresh

Instructions
- Steam the cauliflower, carrots and the broccoli over boiling water for 5-6 minutes or until tender, refresh in cold water if you like. Combine with the cabbage and tomatoes.
- Place all the dressing ingredients into a bowl and whisk until combined.
- Add the dressing to the vegetables and toss to combine.
- Serve with crunchy noodles. Garnish with chopped peanuts or sliced shallots.
Recipe Notes
- This salad can be made in advance. Just cover and chill until serving time. However, just do not add the noodles and peanuts until ready to serve.
