Instructions
  1. Slice all vegetables. Layer the onions in the bottom of a round dish.
  2. Add vegetables in a spiral throughout the dish.
  3. Drizzle with butter and sprinkle the parmesan cheese over top.
  4. Roast in oven until vegetables are cooked through and parmesan has turned golden.
Recipe Notes

- Can be made in a large dish to share or individual dishes for more of a side dish

- Can use any other vegetables like sweet potato, pumpkin, carrot, etc.
